Karissa Binkley is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with nearly 20 years in the perinatal field and over a decade in clinical lactation care. With active practices in both the United States and the Netherlands, she understands firsthand the clinical, cultural and regulatory realities of lactation care across borders. Shaped by her work with families and by her own postpartum experience, she founded Melkflow to give lactation consultants the tools they have long deserved. She leads the company's product, clinical and research vision, working to expand access to high-quality care and strengthen the evidence behind it.
